Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from My Store. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
  • Include all original packaging, seals, and labels.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).

Items that show signs of misuse, tampering, or damage not caused by normal shipping may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be designated as non-returnable due to food safety, hygiene, or other reasons (for example, opened or partially used bottles of hot sauce that cannot be resold). If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before placing your order or starting a return.

4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at shea@dishingupdelicious.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Do not send items back without first obtaining authorization, as they may not be properly processed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

6. Exchanges

Currently, the fastest way to exchange an item is to complete a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow approximately 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the transaction.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from the date we approved it, please:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.
  • Contact your bank or card provider for more details.
